Welcome,

When asked what I do for a living I recently started responding in the following manner.

“I am a husband & a father. I support that by working for a global company as a Solutions Engineer in the Solutions and Delivery department.”*

It has been my experience that this response does two things. First, it answers the question put forth. Second, it says something about my priorities. Not only does it make it clear to the person asking the question, it also serves as a reminder to the man I see in the mirror each day.

Of course, I do have hobbies & other interests. That in part is why this site exists. While I do enjoy problem solving, I also enjoy creating. Writing, storytelling, communicating, small-scale wood projects; anything that equally engages my heart and mind.

Career – highlights of my career, think of it as a high-level overview of what I’ve done these past … well, no one needs to know how many years.

Published Work – I’ll share information about larger writing projects that I’m either doing myself or a part of.

Blog – here you’ll find a collection of feedback on books & short stories, as well as short-stories of my own, articles on research; whatever crosses my mind when I sit down to practice my craft.
